Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. As a small business, please allow an additional processing day for orders that include a large volume of cut fabric or bulky/heavy items. If you require your order by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request. 2. Shipping: All orders are shipped via Economy Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service. 3. Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping costs. Changes requested beyond the 24-hour window may not be possible once processing has begun. 4. Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Sewing and Embroidery Machines that remain unopened may be returned within 3 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include: Special orders, Patterns, Books, Software & Embroidery designs. All returns must be pre-authorized.
