Everyday Essentials - Minimalist Wallet

Three projects (zippered pouch, wallet, and bag) using one pattern! You'll make the wallet in this class, look for the Tote class in December.
(Note that if you attended the Petal Pouch class in October you already have this pattern!)

A fun and functional wallet that lets you bring the essentials wherever you go. Sew the regular size or mini! Choose a leather accent OR a fabric one for the snap closure for plenty of sophisticated detail. A zippered pocket and card slots keep coins and cards organized, while a long pocket behind the zippered pocket is great for cash (mini and regular) and a phone (regular size)!

Materials needed:

• "Everyday Essentials" pattern by Noodlehead
• Sewing machine in good working order with size 14 or 16 denim needle
• ¼ yard (or fat quarter) Exterior Fabric 
• ¼  yard (or fat quarter) Accent Fabric 
• ¼ yard Fusible Woven Interfacing (Pellon SF101 - 20” wide) 
• 4 ½” tall x 7 ½” wide {3 1/4" tall x 4 1/2" wide} rectangle Medium-weight Fusible Interfacing (Pellon 809) 
• 7” {4”} all-purpose zipper*
• (2) size 24 metal snaps {(1) size 16 or 20 metal snap}
• (optional) leather for Snap Tab approx. 2” x 8” {2” x 5”} rectangle

*PLEASE NOTE: this pattern is written and drafted for fixed-length zippers (not zipper by the yard)

Recommended Fabrics: Quilting cotton for exterior and accent fabric.

Additional supplies + tools: Polyester thread, water-soluble pen, cutting mat, ruler, rotary cutter, pinking shears, turning tool, snap setting tool, ¼”-wide fusible web tape
