If you want to learn to use a Creative Grids Log Cabin ruler you already have, bring it with you, along with any pattern that calls for it. There will be time for you to sew and trim. If you are working on a specific pattern, you should pre-cut your strips so you have time to learn the technique. Bring your sewing machine, rotary cutter, cutting mat, any other ruler you might need, and your standard sewing supplies.
