Make this cute daypack, perfect for daily use! Sew this sling to carry your daily necessities or use for travel. The convenient sling design with adjustable strap allows for easy access and easy wear. We’ll make View A, with a zippered exterior pocket, in class.

Supply List:
- “Sandhill Sling” pattern by Noodlehead
- Materials and hardware for View A, per the pattern.
- Sewing Machine with 1/4” foot, zipper foot, and a walking foot
- Sewing Machine Needles: Microtex or denim 90/14
- 50 wt cotton threads to match fabrics and zipper
- Rotary ruler
- Rotary Cutter
- Cutting mat
- Fabric Scissors and scissors to cut the zipper tape
- Pins
- Seam Ripper
- Frixion Pen or Chalk-o-Liner or other marking tool that will show on your fabrics (please test!)
- Wonder Clips recommended.
Pre Class Work:
- Cut and label all the pieces for this bag.
- Fuse in interfacing to the wrong side of each corresponding exterior fabric piece. (“Sewing Instructions, Prepare: Apply Interfacing” on page 6 of the pattern.)
Payment for classes and events is required at time of registration. With paid registration, you will receive 10% off all class supplies purchased through the end of the class. No refunds are given for cancellation within 7 days of class. Refunds are given for cancellations made 8 or more days prior to class date.
