Machine Embroidery - Seasonal Banner

Pick your favorite time of year, a fabric whose colors reflect it, and embroider a banner filled with seasonal sentiments! Carolyn will teach you how to rehoop in this class, as the whole project is done on a single background fabric. Choose from Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter.

Supply List: 

•          Embroidery machine in good working order
•          Embroidery Arm and power cord
•          8” x 12” hoop or larger
•          Flash drive with embroidery design pre-loaded in your machine’s format. Choose from “Glorious Spring”, “It’s Summertime”, “Autumn Delights”, or “Winter Wishes”, all by Janine Babich Designs.
•          Embroidery threads to match or contrast with your border fabric, plus threads recommended in the pattern.
•          Filled bobbins – either Bottom Line or Brother bobbin thread, or pre-filled
•          Fabric per your specific pattern.
•          1 yard Pellon Shape Flex
•          ½ yard Fusible Fleece
•          Sticky Tearaway Stabilizer (OESD Stabil-Stick)
•          Medium weight Tearaway Stabilizer
•          Trim per the pattern, 50 wt cotton thread to coordinate with border fabric – you will not need these during the class.

Preparation for Class:

•          Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for set-up.
•          Pre load the embroidery designs (in your machine’s format) onto a USB flash drive
•          Print out and bring pattern instructions to class
