Join the craze and turn a jelly roll into a fabulous rug!

Pick your favorite fabrics and create a cozy 30” x 44” rug, perfect wherever you need a splash of color! You’ll learn how to create the fabric “rope” in the first session. Bring your finished rope roll and learn how to turn it into a rug in the second session.

Supplies: Bring the following to class or purchase at Quilter’s Corner with your class discount of 10%

•       “Jelly Roll Rug” pattern by RJ Designs
•       Sewing Machine capable of doing a 5mm or larger zig-zag stitch, with an open-toe foot 
•       Sewing Machine Needles: Jeans needle
•       1 Jelly Roll (or forty-two 2-1/2” strips)
•       50 wt. cotton thread – large spool
•       50 yards batting strips -  Prepackaged Katahdin is perfect for this project.
•       Fabric Tube Maker by Clover
•       Pins
•       Seam Ripper
•       Fabric Scissors
•       Wonder Clips
