Binding Basics
You’ve pieced and quilted it, now it’s time to bind it. Learn the basics of making, attaching, and sewing down the perfect binding as you complete this final step. Skills taught include how to cut fabric for your binding, how to attach the binding to your quilt, mitering corners, and joining the two ends. Both hand-sewing and machine-sewing the binding to the back of the quilt will be discussed.
